Cannon Hill has had a complete rejuvenation
in recent years.

Incredibly, even though it was less than four miles from the city centre, the suburb was largely bush until a century ago when it was ‘discovered’ by the cattle industry, and numerous factories sprang up. Today it has gone full circle, reverting from a ‘brown’ industrial area back to a highly desirable green belt suburb.
